Architectural Controls
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for ensuring that property improvements and changes throughout Castle Pines fall within the strictures of our CC&R Architectural Guidelines. This ensures that our development continues to look great, and that new homeowner projects are undertaken with the guidelines and the project's potential effect on other homeowners in mind.
Notifying the ACC of planned changes is always recommended, and the process for approval is usually simple and straightforward. Review the guidelines in the CC&Rs and in the brief "restrictions" document, discuss your project with your abutting neighbors and solicit any feedback they might have, fill out the request form, and send it off with a description and any related drawings of your project to the ACC members. Assuming all ACC members are present and available to review your project, you should receive a timely response to your request.
Request Form: Choose the format that best suits your software. Word 2007, Word 97-2003, PDF (can't be filled out online)
