Reminder to check with the ACC before making exterior alterations to your house or garden: If you have any sort of exterior property improvement going on, such as painting your house a new color, making changes to your hardscaping/landscaping, or making significant additions, either front or back, including adding/moving a satellite dish, please remember to give the Architectural Control Committee and your abutting neighbors a heads up about your project.

The ACC needs to know because its members will be the ones who'll get the calls asking if so-and-so has let us know about the project, and your neighbors need to know because it's the neighborly thing to do --- especially if your project might impact them in ways you might not be thinking about.
